Well it seems pretty clear that old mate Freedman and Shuitima have some serious explaining to do... and their chinese counterparts. I'd be surprised if criminal charges weren't laid.

The claim against the auditor... they would have insurance against negligence I would assume? Would that not open a gold pot for investors who have lost big if they are found to be liable?

Either way, I think this has enough for some heads to roll and it would be nice to get some funds back?
