IMO to have another law firm's pr company looking to sign up shareholders means this is a goer.

Remember the main party being sued will be the auditors, and then directors & management as secondary parties. ASIC & AFP need to get their acts together & produce their findings.

And yes the auditors have insurers that will want to settle out of court ... that's how it usually runs.

Anyone suggesting that shareholders do nothing but hope that the company returns to trading again is living in denial of the inevitable liquidation that's ahead. You will get zero back from this approach.
