Hi Geoffo.

Think you are on the mark with how important it is for them to establish credentials out side of China ( hopefully with success)
Believe this is critical for any sustained SP revival.
There have been many well researched and presented posts on HC by folks with far greater experience and knowledge then me.
However I believe there is a growing perceived " China Centric" market place perception holding back PET SP.
This has absolutely nothing to do with the companies strong fundamentals ... just hope that the target market ex China don't have this perception also.
Have sat on a few international tender committees where this sort of thing really does have a influence... rightly or wrongly.
