Hi Golden , I have a 4 year old dog. Pet insurance was suggested. I analysed the policies , costs , types of problems that my dog's breed were prone to get. After going thru all this, it was obvious that pet insurance is not good value. But I'm glad you got it.
It would take me a bit long to go thru the list of bills my precious has cost me. How I wish I hadn't been so thorough. I would have been miles in front if I had taken it up.
Despite this,the only reason I would have it , would be to avoid the situation of having to put a dog down, because I couldn't afford to have it fixed.[my rather childish persona would collapse under that sort of scenario].
Luckily, for me, I have the resources to avoid that.
