I think all is OK. With the release of that announcement stating the frustrations re: misinterpretations about fraccing (coal seam vs tight gas), LKO are addressing the issue and paving the way as we speak. It may be a very slow process but when something happens it will happen in the blink of an eye in my opinion. Will happen, when? don't know.
