Comes back to the head honcho though(PM). Absolutely no blame can be attributed to ones chief of staff if in fact they are operating precisely how the PM wants them to. The PM decides what they want of their Chief of Staff and if they don't deliver the PMs expectations the PM can replace them. Obviously Peta Credlin met the PMs expectations as she was there till the end and imo no blame can be attributed to her for the events that unfolded. The PM must carry full responsibility.
