I know somehow who worked in the ABC and they were shocked at their internal attitude. 'don't rock the boat, we like everything on a even keel' They basically told them that they were not allowed to do well as it would show up the others and put them under pressure to work properly. That is a lazy management issue.They said that all people did was moan and undermine more productive people. That is what you get if you stop people from doing their best. Its a dump for mediocrity and typical of a govt department. That attitude breeds contempt and the place filled up with many like minded people. I am sure some are better and less likely to pull people down with that tall poppie attitude. Very left wing entitlement vibe about it. They seem to want to interfere with a working conservatives and get paid for it.
