seriously the best news I have heard since approval

let's remind people of the complete failure and dilutive CEO IMHO he has been to my investment

remember it was under Tracey that the takeover of mmd was facilitated

he said he would minimize dilution to shareholder and yet he maximized it IMHO

in the last capital raising he diluted everyone but orbis etc...yes we all had that capital returned

and yet he did not raise at the previous one to get the phase iii trial underway....oooooh how his first ans subsequent decisions have diluted me to the hill and slowed acl down for years

I do not care if he had drinks with anyone after Fonda approval....he should have realized that no matter what went to the FDA as a first generic the approval time averages were greater than 6 months...and by a
long way and growing...that is the worst business acumen I have seen after since Myself holding on for so long..I am no better but we pay for better
