"For me the IPO failure was inexcusable and deplorable."

It was unlucky timing, with the fiscal cliff and a strange anti-ipo December. There was 17 due to happen I think but only 1 did, and at a huge discount.

Just because a tidal wave happens when you are on your sailing boat holiday, it doesn't mean it was "inexcusable and deplorable". sh*t happens!

But we need to move forward. But maybe at the moment waiting is the best strategy. It would be nice to know what's happening or going to happen though.
