It's largely the CEO that makes or breaks a company though.I'd be more inclined to blame the board more for not voting out PS, not so much for the non delivery. Perhaps There should be more non executive directors appointed( Simon Marais anyway? god imagine that), because a move to out PS isn't going to come from the inside is it. Mel bridges as non-executive chairman has been no help either, he just follows the crowd to keep his seat on as many boards as possible-we all know it.

As a shareholder though, I hold my self most accountable. Even though i have nothing to do with running this company, it was after all myself who made a bad investment decision to keep holding this company. So at the end of the day the only person we can all blame is ourselves...
