No not crazy to fraud in China. No rules, there is no law.
What is crazy is to not pay the people above you that keep the ball rolling. It's not the same as here, it's a communist country.
You cannot put your thinking into a chinese persons head.
Chinese do not think long term as they make you believe. They think about today, maybe tomorrow, and how much they can get. There is no goodwill or the intention to create an endearing business up there.
Its only money, how much can I get and how quick.
Its not ALL like that. It is ALMOST all like that.
2 Billion people, its a S - fight. You have to carry your own toilet paper around Shanghai and you aren't allowed to flush the toilets. You have to leave the paper in the basket next to the toilet. And thats in the wealthy areas.
Look this is a long shot on a good day, you may get some spikes, but there is no Mr Market and no Mr Buffett.
