I don't think its a full scam, but there is no doubt there is a lot of brown paper bags flying around in China. You cannot run a business in China without gratuities.
They pay them for leases, they pay them for manufacturing and sales contracts, they pay them so you can keep your billboard up on the highway.
It's just how business is done.
No way this is clean, not a chance in hell.
The SBB forum is nothing but small minded people fighting over a tiny company, this company isn't worth much, its a chinese company the best you are going to do is about where it is at. You might get 50% pops up and down to trade.
You will never see a western P/E multiple or reduce the inherent risks in this business.
The blokes who wear the shiny Pandist do look good though, no doubt styling on West Nanjing Road in SH.
Go SBB in 2015. Put a gap in em.
