ZHE brings back memories. The cash ($20 million of it) was "misappropriated" to the person who lent the money to the company (unfortunately it was never disclosed), shareholders put in some $3 million and if I remember right, it was also touted on the AFR.

Not sure why it's brought up here, as the businesses are different and ZHE was only pulling a few thousand in revenue per year, never claimed to make a profit and was managed by a group of Malaysians.
