Lets see .....if SBB gets delisted and goes the way of many other Chinese companies which had listed on an overseas stock exchange....there isn't much downside for the CEO. He's still got his business and running as it always was and was able to sell down shares via seed investors and get a dual income from overseas! So he gets the profits from his own company as he always did and for a year or two gets more money by listing overseas and then selling shares in that country and remitting the funds back to China.
Do a google search and you can read lots of articles about Chinese companies listed on foreign exchanges which have gone out the backdoor and delisted with their businesses still running like nothing happened.
Still would like to know where all the proceeds from the "seed investors" went to![]()
