There is an organisation/facility called delisted (www.delisted.com.au). They have been around since 2002/2003 and provide a means of transferring shares that are unable to be traded. I have used them in the past and it is very straightforward and professional. There is a fee - $150 for one transaction or if you have more, then an extra $70 per additional transaction. Of course, if you sell through delisted and things eventually turn for the better for Petsec then there is nothing to stop you from buying in again,albeit at an increased price.
