im sure Beattie would go into his "so sorry" mode, ..pass 50 new laws and make divers wear bicycle safety helmets and have workplace health and safety make everyone do a risk management assessment.
whatever happened to skinned knees and barked knuckles.used to dive years ago and left so much skin on barnacles you could open a meat market.
