I dont know guys but where theres smoke, there is bound to be fire, here is my findings. I know many here have not liked me and even blocked me that's fine, however do yourself a favour and do some research instead of following blindly. Please note the wording below is all cut and pasted and not my own.

Gympie which links are you referring too, not a good idea
just to suggest with out providing your research.

I thought at first the connection with World Callnet may have been a different
    P. Boonen

However with a bit of investigation

    Came up with this

    U.S. Forum raises questions

Finally found the U.S. forum from the link posted here
when I was really hot on this stock and had my eyes opened.  Bbloff kindly
woke me up, however could never find this link again as so many posts;  but
here is the initial wake up call

Now to save you the effort here are just a couple of
links to the U.S. forum itself and no wonder STI will not produce sales there,
they no the guy better than we do.  Note the post dates etc and search
deeper as there are many posts here re P.B.

    Re: lbad taste comments

I am sorry Steve, but I would have to disagree on several points.

No. 1 -You are on record, for MDM, TIET, Harrington, as regularly telling
people that you "know" management, you "know" there is a big press release
just around the corner. You have insinuated, on these boards, of huge deals
to come "any minute". You have regularly done this for several years. You
have personally convinced many of us on this board - myself included - to
not sell our shares, and to hang on and wait for that press release that was
"coming any day now". In my book, you have acted publicly for these
companies. You were paid a very large amount in shares for your "actions"
which included answering the "occasional phone" and regularly posting on
these boards as a go between for investors and management.

No. 2 - Peter Boonen has yet to produce ANYTHING in his lifetime that has
held any share value. While I did make a considerable amount of money from
some of the companies, that was by getting in early when the scam was first
set up (we didn't know they were scams then though did we) and getting out
when they sky rocketed with the false press releases. There is nothing he
has done that has ever actually produced anything, anything at all.....

No. 3. - If Mr. Boonen was in financial crisis, maybe is it because he seems
to have the need to live in luxury. How can you say he does not live a
luxurious lifestyle?? I have seen a recent personal dossier, of which after
seeing I have agreed to give information, on his lifestyle. You cannot
possibly say that he does not live in luxury. He CERTAINLY does.... Did you
know that he has been known to gamble more in a day than some people earn in
    a year. True story.

As for your "jokes" on the missing money - there certainly is money and
assets missing. You can joke all you like, but it just makes it easier for
him to be eventually caught, and you with him.

Re: Here's some numbers of cash transfers that I
    kept. so where's the money?

Numbrcrunhr I post these links so any and all can see this guy Peter
Boonen is like say a junior Bernie Madoff. My hope is that the long arm
of justice will stop him the way it has Madoff. It won't get my money
back, but will give me satisfaction

knowing this A-hole is behind bars. I have reported him to the SEC and
if all that were scammed by him would take time to fill out the form of
which i have also included a link it might help shut him down. Remember "THE
    SQUEAKY WHEEL GETS THE OIL"!!

suggest you do your research, maybe the poster referring to

    They are NOT Boonen's shares

"well i guess that Boonen screw is buddies on the 65 million share deal
because he knew it was NEVER going to be manufactured and dumped it onto HGR
and then Peter sold all his shares via his BS shell company"

WTF and others. You keep referring to Boonen selling 'his' shares. He hasn't
sold 'his' shares, MDM has sold MDM's shares in HGR to a company managed by
Boonen called Zodiac. Peter is not pocketing the money. He is not stupid and
doesn't want to go on a holiday courtesy of any government. My guess is that
the proceeds from the MDM sale of HGR shares will be going into Zodiac,
presumably to go into some other ventures. I don't know if those projects
are likely to provide a better return than keeping hold of HGR, but I do
    know this:

Peter owns a BIG chunk of MDM. Why would he sell MDMs shares of HGR unless
he was very confident he could get a better return elsewhere. You've
entrusted your money to MDM management, MDM management doesn't need to
report everything it does to you, so just be with that.... or if you can't
handle the heat, get out of the kitchen

I would also like to add: When was the last time MDM tried to raise more
money by issuing stock? A long long time ago. This is NOT a case of
management raising money, hiking the share price then going buying lots of
boats and boys toys. Remember, Boonen is by a long shot the largest
shareholder in MDM. His interests are BEST served by MDM's share price
getting back to $1 or more. I TAKE A LOT OF COMFORT IN THAT.
