Not having been announced publicly, can anyone offer an explanation as to how this might be legal. It does my head in that PB is so blatant about it, I must be missing something. Is it possible sales have been made by administrators already, but not yet announced?
You surely cannot just transfer a product to some other company you own, when a company goes into administration, right? right??
Thinking about it more even if the rights were sold, there must be some kind of law against selling liquidated assets to your own damn company. Grrrr. Can ASIC be held accountable for negligence in their investigations?
