Russianroolet, as a holder of this stock and an optimist, I'm hoping it's a case of deal close to being signed off, so he has moved onto another company to try and secure another takeover or JV.

As a realist, I think it is a case of deal falling apart, let's exit now so he doesn't get the blame and it will be a case of if PC had stayed, the deal would have gone ahead.

Either way, all holders have been patient and another 4 months will not kill us. However i do believe if this deal falls through another will be on the table at around 38c, within a couple of weeks.
