Costello isn't PM material. The Howard/Costello team is good just as the Hawke/ Keating team worked well.
Some people are better suited to backing up rather than being leader.
Costello would do himself a favour if he put his ambitions on hold and did his job.
Tax reduction and lower Government costs are a priority.
