I basically agree with you, I just think that the over whelming downward drop in interest rates will move the market eventually. Not everyone is unemployed yet. People are still eating; taking holidays, living as usual, the only thing that is changing rapidly is the amount they are saving. They are going on cheaper holidays. They are more careful on what they buy, and spending less in the land fill shops (cheap shops). Australia’s lower dollar and petrol is helping the tourism industry which is a major boost.
