In asking where the UCG plant is that should be feeding electricity into the grid and the whereabouts of the GTL plant that should be pumping out barrels of diesel none of these will get up and running without government approvals in this country. Same goes for Wyoming, USA.

The fact that your still asking why the Chinese are willing to pay shedloads for a stock rather than buy on-market stretches incredulity. That issue has been covered ad nauseum.

Peter Bond flew in a jet that ran on the diesel LNC made from coal. Do think he would have done that if the process and the product were still in test mode?
