Linc purchased Yerostigaz in 2007, it had a few more employee's and was producing around 100MW of Syngas.

Yerostigaz was the only commercially operating UCG technology anywhere in the world, and had been for sometime.

Yerostigaz has been working on UCG commercially for the last 50years, I suspect at the time Linc brought Yerostigaz in 2007 they thought they were buying 50 years of developed and commercially proven UCG technology that would work at Chinchilla.

It obviously hasn't and Yerostigaz has all but been scaled back to a very small amount of Syngas production, if anything at all.
