McGowan has labelled Peter Dutton the biggest threat to Australia.
McGowan is a former naval officer who received an award for bravery during his service - so when he says it's common for foreign warships to transit through exclusive economic zones, I'll believe him over Dutton or others on here who claimed the contrary.
