War or natural disaster - women, children (say under 12), seniors (say over 70) and the sick and injured should be the priority for evacuation to peaceful countries. Removing the healthy, adult male element from this process would stop the Right-wing troublemakers in their tracks. Dutton would dig a deeper political hole if he even whispered a disparaging word against rescuing women and kids and oldies.
