West Bank is constantly invaded and settled by aggressive "settlers" with land and housing stolen from the resident community of people.
you make a valid point that other non-Palestinian heritage people also live in West Bank, but these numbers are small. it is Palestinian land - legally recognised by the international community and the International law. its is under occupation by hostile forces (IDF) and people frequently arrested and held in Israeli prisons without charge on "suspicion".
the Israeli govts have serially abused the Palestinian people for decades. Now its outright violence and barbaric brutality.
