As a matter of fact, Dutton was very respectful of his former shadow colleague and his personal position, but you didn't listen to him and so wouldn't be aware of that. But he did follow up, as per my original remarks, with a very considered exposition of why he disagreed with him and why he thought the Albanese tear-filled pleading of his Voice case would mean a bad result for Australia. And I firmly believe he is right and has hit the nail on the head in several places where more security was called for. He is perhaps a better leader than I thought. I'm pleased to admit I have very likely been wrong about him.
