If this Peter Kent guy had any business skills he would have written this failed venture off and already be employed as a CEO elsewhere. The fact he is fighting tooth and nail to hold on shows he just wants to earn the cash sitting in the business. He doesn't have a significant if any holding so it's not about protecting his investment.
