Peter Koller Tops Both Indiana and Cassius Registers

Some interesting developments in the top 20 shareholder lists of Cassius Mining (CMD) and Indiana Resources (IDA).

One name that stands out? Peter David Koller — previously known for his substantial position in Indiana (IDA), where he sits as the #1 holder with ~48.5M shares. That investment aged well following Indiana’s successful litigation outcome.

Now, he’s taken the top spot on the Cassius (CMD) register too, holding ~39M shares (6.07%) as of 4 April 2025.

That’s not the only overlap either:

BNP Paribas Nominees, John Wardman & Associates appear across both companies.

Long-time holders in IDA — some of whom have clearly benefited from the legal proceedings — seem to be taking big positions in CMD.

Cassius, as most know, is progressing through its own high-stakes litigation relating to Ghana. While outcomes are never guaranteed, it’s noteworthy that seasoned litigation investors are showing confidence here.

Koller’s move could simply reflect strategic positioning based on past experience. Or perhaps he sees similarities in the risk/reward setup.

Either way, it's worth keeping an eye on — especially for those who follow litigation plays closely.
