I am surprised that no one has picked up on this, the market certainly hasn't. For now we have potentially a massive upside in Texas alone. TOO much emphasis has been placed on Georgia and Puntland! Again the potential to take the sp into ORBIT, yet I am prepared to 'gamble' on TEXAS and THE SKY.
