Stephen Roach (former Wall Street bankster and now an academic) says the recent WSJ article by Hilsenrath means that the Fed will announce QE at its next meeting.

Roach does not see QE as a way to stimulate economic growth because the US consumer is already over-leveraged.

I wonder if we will get co-ordinated money printing in Eurozone and US given Draghi's comments or if this is just jawboning.
