The secretary you refer to is also an executive director.
I agree that it is a small sale in the scheme of things and probably has had a small effect on the sp today with some short term narrow minded shareholders bailing out. This could actually be a good thing as it is also transferring stock from weak hands to strong hands so that there will be less loose stock in the marketplace.
