I thought it was worth mentioning but we don't know his situation.
on the negative side :
a. it's never a good look when a director sells b. this is his second parcel sold since december giving the appearance of distributing. c. Mark Smyth has postively reinforced how he has been summons to angola. the inference is big news is at hand, so why sell now.
on the benefit of the doubt side we have
a. he is the only director selling b. we do not know his personal circumstances and we should bear in mind that these guy's only pay has been the ops. c. he still has over 2 million. that still represents a lot of dosh in the future if you consider the sp numbers floating around for the future. d. both times he has sold has been at a time when there has been some serious interest in the stock. If a director must sell then the least he can do is to not sell when confidence in the stock is down. So at least he hasn't given off the impression of desperation.
I just wish directors wouldn't sell at critical times like these. but they are his ops to do with what he pleases.
