    Hmmmm, what can one say when a major holder and the second largest don't exactly see eye to eye or agree on anything. Maybe holders could approach Smith about shareholders sweeping the deck. If they want to know what better solution than asking Mr Smith to meet over a coffee and seek his opinion.
