    True to my word they pushed it down another pip and so I bought another 600k at 2.3 cents .
    The action today makes me think my conspiracy theory to manipulate a big shortfall could be correct .
    I will still be having a dip into the shortfall too .

    A lot of Announcements to come in the next few months that could be catalysts for the SP .
    Hopefully we will get some positive information in the Q that will be out before the raise closes .
