.. basically, he wasn't impressed with ICN when they multiplied their PROSPECTIVE (possible) resource of 1 TCF by the Local Gas Contract price of $3 GigaJoule, giving a value of billions of $$$$. ICN should have added all factors that will be requried to get the gas to market.
Actually I think $3 is low, if 1 GJ is roughly equal to 1 MCF, then export prices of $5+ could be achieved ... but we'll need access to infrastructure and an LNG plant before then.
