    Peter Webse and Jason Peterson were involved in the Lithex Resources (LTX) transaction today, Peter being the co. sec. and Jason being director of LTX.

    Both these guys are involved in SBN, Peter is co. sec. of SBN and Jason is the top shareholder, holding nearly 12% of the company.

    IMO what happened with LTX is an example of what will prob happen with SBN.
