I had a look at the hire division for you and I put a value around 17 to 19 cents per share with revenues around $63m. The remaining business has revenues over $400m and the market values it at 18 cents per share.
Personally, those numbers indicate that there is some opportunity for growth in the business.
The CEO has done an excellent job to date regarding the re-structure and there is no reason that the next step will fail.
