Big Al, In that Aug 1 radio interview PB did say the next (3rd)Cedar Point well was only "a week or two away".
On that basis, the result is 2 weeks overdue. My initial thought was that it was a dud and PB was in his usual MO of not announcing bad news.
However, I have read where this Cedar Point field is more difficult to drill because it is a couple of feet under water. So it maybe delayed because of this and we may have some good news before the end of the month.
A confirmation of this with a flow higher than the first 2 would do wonders for the S/P. Here's hoping !
