In regard to Posco not being informed about what was going on between COK and SK in the past months: We were all informed about it! First by the press and then in an announcement. Sure they were unlikely to know the exact details but they were definitely aware that SK was looking to buy in in a fairly serious way. I don't believe that Posco would sit on their hands and say "we'll wait for the imminent announcement to be made and wait to see how badly we are going to be diluted before we consider a rival proposal." If the other big holders were going to make an offer, they most likely would have already made it.
