I dont hold but I follow this stock. With SK networks expected to sign a final binding agreement for the placement before the end of this month does anyone think this may flush out a rival takeover bidder to prevent SK Networks getting 40% control. Reminds me of TTY last year when Noble planned to do something similar with a placement and it flushed out a SA bidder for TTY which then forced Noble make a counter full takeover higher offer. Watching with interest before the SK deal is done.
