I'm thinking along the same lines interestedtoo...

SK moving to 40%, means that the rest of us are being diluted of our coal. Currently we have 1.5 tons of coal resource per share and this will reduce to 0.9 tons of coal resource per share. I don't think the other strategic investors will be happy about this.

We sold Woori at 90c/ton; SK want to effectively pay about 36c/ton resource; the market rather stupidly is valuing the resource at 26c/ton. It feels we're getting ripped off by SK, so a bidding process wouldn't surprise me.

Unless the reco is by Goldman, the market doesn't move :)
