Well said Legume, I have been watching COK since this Monday coz I was thinking someone may get pissed and sell their holdings to avoid further dilution ( e.g. JP Morgan)
It’s been four days now and we haven’t got any ann like change substantial holding, which I believe it’s a good sign.
On the other hand, I am just wondering, when SK network came out with their placement offer, is it possible all substantial holders like POSCO/KEPCO/ JP Morgan/Citygroup have been fully informed already? That’s why we saw a sudden tree shaking last Friday? Coz apparently it ‘s done by some powerful insiders rather than us?
If this is the case, is it possible that all substantial holders have signed their approval letter to the company?
Any ideas guys?
