IMHO the direction for acl over the last few years has seen approval albeit quite late from the FDA but capital requirements have failed

In the meantime the SP has fallen to where we are today based largely on capital raising concerns...this is the responsibility of acl management only

Why should management be offered incentives such as options from sp levels as a direct result of their failings...it's why we have the gfc and protesting today IMHO.

No is my answer....why should management enjoy a free ride from these levels off our capital.
