"Through the Institutional Placement, the Company’s largest shareholder group, Orbis Investment Management and associated funds (“Orbis”) has the opportunity to maintain its shareholding at 19.1%, subject to shareholder approval. This may involve the issue of additional shares to Orbis to
enable Orbis to maintain its shareholding at 19.1%, following completion of the SPP and settlement of the second tranche of the Placement."

So do we now know for a fact what many had thought likely all along: ie that Orbis have well and truly been looked after with perhaps 19.1% of the placement/SPP total appearing to go their way @ 24c?

So can we now assume that Pete's options also will have no trouble getting through courtesy of ... you guessed it Orbis?

And if its true that Orbis were in fact the big holdout wrt a placement months ago when the SP was 70c+ then do shareholders now have a right to ask just who benefited from all this?

Oh dont forget to apply for your $2000/stock in the SPP if its well and truly scaled back.

So would anyone blame small shareholders for thinking that they have been "Diluted AND Screwed"?

    My opinion only.
