No prizes for guessing my view on that one.

Thing is they need the insto's to vote yes to get this one thru and if you were cynical you'd imagine that the big shareholders would only consider it if they were in line for a kick too...
makes you think a CR with most of it going to the big shareholders is in train.

Lets hope the small shareholders aren't the only bunnies left out allowing for the reasons the SP is where it is after all.

Perhaps the Co. could offer ALL shareholders attaching FREE oppies to boot.
