I only mentioned the vol because companies like try with less than 100mil shares on issue and currently at 4.88 may well be liquid enough to trade at sub 1mil, as opposed to an ego where 1mil shares can be worth a paltry 19k. I didn't understand a lot of the formula, but thought that change could open up some possibilitys and shut out some "noise" at the same time.
