I know AB1 had a very bad experience with the ASX. We have started a petition that will be presented to parliament.
The author of this petition did not have grammatical errors but it seems the content uploaded did not know how to copy and paste. If we were to make changes to what's been petitioned it would take a further 6-8 weeks.

Petition RequestWe therefore ask the House to call upon our parliament to investigate,including as the Parliament thinks fit,review and by legislation amend the practices of The Australian Securities Exchange, including : 1. its role in a) operating a fair, transparent and open market under the terms of its license issued by ASIC, and the equal application of such principles to entities listed on its market (including for example ASX Codes : ISX, AB1 versus WBC, CBA), and 2. of the abolition of its appeals process, and in particular on resolving disputes including suspensions, and 3. its relationship with ASIC, including if ASIC should directly manage the listing rules and supervise entities on the ASX, similar to the United Kingdom's FCA, in order to avoid conflict of interest and to allow competition to foster and 4. the potential for abuse of the listing rules (including for example as may be the case with ASX Code ISX and AB1), noting the ASX’s market power and dominance in its own right lessen any competition in any area in which it provides services notwithstanding any abuse of the listing rules, and 5. its roles and responsibilities as the incumbent near monopolist operator of the clearing, settlement and cash equity market greater and that of the public good.
