I'm dirty because SPX has not achieved a single timeframe it has set (even the re-baselined ones) in 3 years.

I'm dirty because CEO gave himself and the board a 25% payrise, in March with no consultation or mention of it to shareholders at the AGM prior, just an announcement made to advise the market of how well he and the board believe they are doing.

I'm dirty because the Capricorn deal, once done, was at a significantly and materially different price to what was voted on and agreed by holders

I'm dirty because I was clearly sold vapourware 3 years ago

I'm dirty because every time the product seems to be settled and best in the market with more capability than any competitor - there is need to acquire another company that does stuff SPX software does not.

I'm dirty because I'm not a close enough mate of the CEO to get a million dollars in debt written off for an equity share in my business.

I'm dirty because I cant actually see revenue growing or new customer announcements - yet SPX manage to attend a hell of a lot of conferences and forums but no material return.

I'm dirty because the long term strategy seems to be updated every 6 months and holders are not communicated with other than preamble in the Activities report with a new catch phrase.

As for averaging down - yeah been there done that.

But like a lot of us, just waiting and hope springs eternal......
