I fully support your rights to express your opinion here and anywhere for that matter whether you hold or not. I don't have to agree, nor do you so lets just agree to disagree on some points.
I'm disagreeing particularly on remuneration and don't find it excessive. Factors I consider are, $1000/d gets you a tradie if you're lucky. Adrian Floate has unique knowledge and history to develop and build the product as well as an established network, time lag between development and implementation to revenue increase is significant.
I believe it's fair to reward on a performance base and I recognise the company's progress, which has been significant in the past year. That's my right and as a shareholder I vote accordingly.
